This is my second car purchase from Modern Mazda in the last three years, and both experiences have been outstanding.
As someone who buys a new car almost every year, I have very little patience for the traditional dealership experience. I prefer to handle everything through text and email, and I have no interest in spending hours at a dealership or dealing with high pressure sales tactics. Many dealerships simply aren't willing to accommodate that approach, nor are they willing to provide fair trade-in appraisals without first seeing the vehicle in person.
