I drove the extra distance to Modern Mazda because of recommendations from people that I know. As soon as my wife and I approached the entrance of Modern Mazda, Larry Demaida was there to hold the door open for us and ask us what brought us there. Larry was the one who ended up helping us throughout our whole experience. I was in the market for a new vehicle and I had it narrowed down to a few SUVs, one of which was the Mazda CX5. Larry asked what options, color, etc... I was... interested in, as he wanted me to test drive one that was as close to what I wanted as possible. Larry was a pleasure to speak with the entire time, when he pulled the vehicle up to the front door he went over all of the specs from top to bottom. From the beginning, Larry was accommodating above and beyond for my pregnant wife, he offered snacks, water, etc... and ask if she prefer the front or the back seat for our test drive. It may not seem like a huge detail, but it made my experience THAT much better knowing that he was so accommodating for her. Larry and I got into a conversation and I told him up front the honest truth, I was in the market for a new vehicle but I didn't really have any intention on purchasing that day necessarily. Larry asked what my out the door price was that I was hoping to spend, what I was hoping my payment would be around, etc... after speaking with his manager he came back with an offer that I simply could not refuse. It was below my out the door price (which was labeled a "great deal" according to TruCar), and the monthly payment was right where I wanted it to be. After telling Larry that we had a deal, I filled out my credit app and made an appointment to come back and finalize everything. In total my wife and I spent about an hour and a half total from walking in the doors to walking out that day. We came back for our appointment and once again Larry went over the vehicle with us one more time and we finalized paperwork with the finance manager. In total we again spent about an hour, hour and a half at the dealership. The whole process was a hassle free and no pressure experience. Larry shine above and beyond my expectations, and I could not be happier that he was my salesman. I also could not be happier with my 2018 Mazda CX5! Thank you Larry, and all the other staff at Modern Mazda, you have yourselves a new lifelong customer.

We bought our first 2018 Mazda 6 Signature at Modern Mazda, from the get go everyone was very professional & courteous. No pushy sales tactics or pressure, our sales specialist Larry was exceptional and so was GM Harold. They were willing to work with us on our budget and trade-in and in-fact gave us the best deal on the Mazda and our trade-in when compared to all the 6 dealers we visited in the CT area. Larry followed up with us after we bought the car and made sure we were happy with the purchase.Buying a car and visiting all these Mazda dealers over a span of 2 months was nerve racking but the minute we stepped in Modern Mazda, the whole ambience put me and my wife at ease which is why we bought the car. We just bought a new Mazda CX-5 with the preferred package and got the best deal by far from Modern Mazda. Our salesperson was John "fish" Salmon and was super helpful. Our primary reason for choosing this dealership was because we got the best price after shopping around. If we buy another Mazda in the future, we'd certainly return and buy from them again.

We've been shopping for a new car for about 5 months, but looking at a new Mazda MX-5 with the preferred package for about a month. We found the best deal out of several dealerships from Modern Mazda. We love our new car and John "Fish" Salmon, our salesperson was so helpful. We'd certainly return and buy from him again if we buy another Mazda in the future.

Just bought my second Mazda this week.  Jose was just the best!  He took the time to explain all of the vehicle's features, was upfront with the car's history and was clear about the entire buying process.  Absolutely zero pressure.
