Recently purchased a 2013 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring certified from Modern Mazda. John "Fish" Salmon answered my call when I asked about test driving a couple cars and went in to see these cars as well as talked to John. Right away, I sensed a calm and friendly atmosphere. John took his time to show just about everything about the cars I was looking at. He even showed me the CarFax before I asked. John drives a Mazda himself and told me about his favorite features about his Mazda and why he likes it. That also helped in making my decision. What I really like about Modern Mazda is the certified preowned program. They offer free maintenance every other visit. John went over this program right from the beginning and I was more and more convinced. Would definitely recommend this dealership and when you go, see John Salmon to help you.

Really good experience with MM. They present the used cars cleanly and with care. I purchased a car that I thought was out of my range, that had a fabulously timed price drop. Janes "Fish" Salmon was a super nice salesman who flowed with my plain speak and cutting to the chase. I would definitely work with him again. Due to my day I had to go in later in the day to pick up my car. It was busy. So, there was a wait. The space in comfortabke though. Kirk the financial guy was great, clear, efficient, methodical, organized, and personable. The guy who walked me through the control board in car also super easy to work with. Will definitely put this place on my to go list. Hopefully, won't see them for a while though! Lol!

Big thanks goes to James(Mazda salesman) and Harold(Mazda GM) made our Dodge car buying experience so much better than Will(Dodge Gm) could do for us. We bought a Dodge by shopping on the internet for used cars. My girlfriend picked up a 2014 White Durango Limited for a pretty good price about 3 months ago. About 2 and a half months into the car she tried the AC and it didn't work and as soon as I found out it wasn't working, I immediately called Dodge, and the earliest I could get an appointment for her was August 8th. At this time she was almost 9 months pregnant and suffering in the 90 degree heat wave driving anywhere. She said she cant wait till August so I called again and Will(GM) at dodge said there's nothing more he could do for us and we might have to pay for everything ourselves out of pocket because in August it was passed the 60 day mark. Well I didn't except that for an answer, so I called Mazda and spoke to James(sales) and he understood our frustration. We just bought a used car and it had a broken AC and a broken brake light. James got me an appointment right away because he spoke to Harold(Mazda Gm) and both of them agreed to help us out. We then brought the car there and Harold(Mazda GM) was super understanding and courteous to us and even gave us a 2018 Durango loaner to use until the car was fixed, when Will(Dodge Gm) told us there was no loaner for us to use. Unbelievable talking to the right person can make a world of a difference. We got the car back in about a week and a half due to expensive work done to fix the AC, Break light and had to pay nothing out of pocket because of a great management team at Modern Mazda. Modern Dodge management (Will) on the other hand needs some pointers on how to handle their customers better. We will shop there again in the future because Modern Mazda helped out through this tough time.
