Plug-in Hybrid Powertrain

The 2026 Mazda CX-70 PHEV is a fuel-efficient option in our lineup of new Mazda SUVs. Both trim levels come equipped with an e-SKYACTIV®-PHEV powertrain, consisting of a 2.5-liter engine and a 68-kW electric motor. They work together to deliver up to 323 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque.

The PHEV has an EPA-estimated 32-mile electric range and 520-mile range overall. With Level 1 charging, it can charge in approximately 11 hours, and Level 2 charging cuts your charge time to just two and a half hours. Both models also feature i-ACTIV AWD® and Mazda Intelligent Drive Select (Mi-Drive) with selectable Sport, Off-road, and EV modes.

SC

There’s a bold look to the SC model, which features black leatherette seating surfaces. It’s also loaded with innovative technology, with notable features such as an easy-to-use 12.3-inch full-color center display featuring the Mazda Connect™ infotainment system, Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ integration, and Alexa Built-in capabilities. It adds two-position memory to the eight-way power-adjustable driver’s seat with power lumbar support and replaces the four-way manual adjustable passenger seat with an eight-way power-adjustable seat.
