He showed enthusiasm, care, and always put an emphasis on what I was looking for to make me comfortable after searching through many other make/models. He shared with us that we were his first customers since beginning 4 days prior, but he will remain a top employee if he continues this great customer service! Although new, he took the time to ask for necessary support and made sure that the process was done the correct way as part of his learning process. Also- not every car sales employee will greet you outside while polishing your new car at the agreed time of pick up. I am excited to continue working with Modern Mazda and their services!

My name is Dante Silket, and I recently moved to Connecticut from Pennsylvania. During this move, I damaged my cars transmission after spending most of my savings on said vehicle. I was super stressed trying to find a car for the first time on my own. Eventually, after talking to countless lots and dealerships, I found Modern Mazda. An amazing sales associate named Stephen Duffy assisted me in finding a high quality used car that will seemingly last me a good few years - definitely long enough to save money needed for a super new car. I got a 2016 Mazda 6 i sport! My car aside…. Stephen was absolutely amazing at walking me through all the preliminary paperwork, the procedures and rules of buying a car - which I knew little of being a 19 year old - as well as catering to my never ending questions. He did an amazing job keeping in contact with me throughout the week it took for me to get the car, acquire insurance, and have some pre approved work done on it. Overall, I was insanely overwhelmed and stressed with the thought of buying a new car - financing one at that - and moving to a new city. It's been a little over a month since we purchased our Mazda CX-5 at Modern Mazda and the car has more than met our expectations. Our buying experience with Steve Duffy at Modern Mazda was fantastic. He was very helpful in getting us into the right car. The whole sales process was very low-pressure and business manager Nick Gagain patiently walked us through the purchase and explained each step clearly. He even helped us out when our transferring of plates hit a snag. A couple of weeks after our purchase, Steve took the time to help us out with what we thought was a problem with the car. It turned out to be a user error on our part and Steve could not have been nicer about it. We will certainly head back to Modern Mazda in the future if we need to look for another car.

Steve was knowledgeable about the CX-5 that we were looking to lease, personable and low pressure, and made car shopping a delight rather than a chore. I called the Modern Mazda location (and visited several others) looking for a new CX-5 or maybe a CX-50 and was connected to Sal Bernacchi. He was not rushing me to come over to the showroom but instead preferred to know my interest in a vehicle (commuting vs outdoor/camping, etc) and then pointed out the pros and cons for the cars I had in mind. He sent me a quote via email. A week later I detoured my Friday drive to head to Modern Mazda and was able to meet with him. He showed me the vehicle & color I had in mind, as it had just arrived into their lot. I asked if it could be prepared for pickup the next day and I had time enough to make my arrangements. Sal knew the cars and the features they came with, as well as how to use those and spent his time going through the car completely. You'd think that after 50+ years of going car shopping at dealerships that you would never have a positive experience. Well, here it was a very different experience. This dealership is a fair distance from where I live, but I won't mind driving there to have the car serviced when it needs.

Excellent experience at Modern Mazda. Our salesman, Sal, had all the details of the CX90 we wanted. No pressure, walked us through the entire buying process and it went without any hassle. The dealership was excellent and had plenty of inventory, but finding the right salesperson was at the top of our list. Highly recommend Sal if you are on the market to buy.

I just leased my second CX-5 at Modern Mazda. I couldn’t have been happier. Abbey Fitzgerald made the process of handing my lease in and starting a new one as smooth as butter. She was very professional and easy to talk to. She was knowledgeable of the car and the lease process. I did spend some time there as I had a few cars in mind and wanted to test them all out.
