I don't own my Mazda anymore and/or would like to update my information, how do I contact Mazda?
  • Any changes to the mailing list must be made by the vehicle owner by completing the form at the bottom of this page.
  • Contact information update options include change of address, name change, change from surface mail to email or removal from future mailers.
  • We need the owner's full name and the vehicle VIN number.

How do I find out if my vehicle has been affected my a recall?

Can I drop my car off for service after you are closed?

Yes, we have an after hour drop box just outside the Mazda Showroom on the garage door (near the door with the blue awning). You can also arrange for after hours pick up with one of our service advisors.

Does Modern Mazda offer vehicle loaners?

We have a complimentary shuttle service if you need to be dropped off at work near Modern. We also have Enterprise rentals on site at a discounted rate for our customers. When booking your service appointment let your Advisor know if you will need one of these services. You can also included it in your comments if you're booking your appointment online.

I lost my car key, can Modern help?

Yes, please contact our parts department at 860-283-4304 to schedule an appointment. We will need your VIN to program a new key for you. Submit your VIN in the form below. If you're locked out of your car, and it's after hours, please contact roadside assistance.
